Simply give us a call. Our trained technicians will ask you specific questions to determine in advance the most likely problem. We come fully prepared to offer a wide variety of solutions. If you prefer not to have us work on your system at your location we can arrange FREE pickup and delivery of your computer system at your convenience.

We DO NOT CHARGE a separate on-site-visit/diagnostic fee in addition to our regular hourly rates. We do have a minimum one hour fee which INCLUDES the first hour of service, comprehensive diagnostics, and basic Windows maintenance. We will be able to give you an exact quote for total cost of service within the diagnostic period. At that point we will offer you the best, most cost-effective recommendations. We DO NOT try to "sell" our clients on things they don't need. We never put "profits" ahead of our clients real needs.
